Accessibility Statement

At Cafe Lily, we believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone — both in person and online.

Physical Accessibility

Cafe Lily is located in a historically preserved building in the heart of Tel Aviv. While we deeply value the character and cultural significance of this space, the preservation guidelines strictly prohibit structural modifications to key architectural elements such as stairs, columns, and windows. As a result, we are currently unable to install an accessibility ramp at the entrance, which includes stairs. This unfortunately limits independent access for individuals using wheelchairs or other mobility devices.

We recognize this as an important issue and want to be as transparent as possible: we are committed to assisting anyone who may need help entering the café, and our staff is always happy to lend a hand whenever possible.

Digital Accessibility

Our website has been designed with readability and accessibility in mind. We’ve selected font sizes and typefaces that are intended to be as clear and legible as possible for all users, including those with visual impairments or reading difficulties.

We are continually looking for ways to improve accessibility across our physical and digital spaces. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for how we can do better, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at cafelilyshenkin@gmail.com.

Thank you for being part of our community.
